With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

We loved the house. It was in a wonderful location close to everything. We actually found a couple restaurants that we didn't know about and a great bagel/.coffee shop in walking distance. The house was beautiful inside and out. Very clean. We actually had a problem with no hot water and within 30 minutes of my call, someone showed up and fixed it asap. If I had to say anything negative it is on the backside of the house is some kind of generator that belongs to the building behind the house that makes a pretty loud noise. You kinda just get use to it so it wasn't that bothersome. And parking is stacked which was a pain everytime the front car had to leave.Positives outweighed negatives for sure. We will stay again for sure!!

This was a great house. The location was very convenient. We also liked that 3/4 bedrooms had king beds and the 4th was a queen - very unique for rentals. Communication was also great.

This location was not quiet. Could not sit outside. Loud noise of an air conditioning unit or some sort of generator. Hospital is close by so noise may have been from that building. No privacy. It’s a bunch of house clustered together. It is walking distance to French quarter but not close (30 min walk). Most the good restaurants are on the French quarter side. Inside is functional but ac is noisy. There are a few restaurants nearby. No retail type shopping.
