The impeccable location is a perfect place to stay while you enjoy the countless outdoor and adventure activities throughout the entire Mt. Hood region.
The Space:
Welcome to Iron Mountain Lodge, where a peaceful mountain getaway and a touch of adventure blend seamlessly. Set on a lush 10-acre woodland estate, this lodge is a sanctuary for those seeking to unwind and reconnect, with a hot tub added for additional relaxation.
Accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably

A plethora of indoor and outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained
Iron Mountain Lodge is designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind:
Vaulted ceilings and natural light fill the main living area
A 75” TV and fireplace create the perfect lounge setting
Spacious gourmet kitchen with modern appliances and ample seating
Rest assured, each bedroom is crafted for a restful sleep:
Main-level king suite with jetted tub and private deck access
Second suite with a king bed and private bath
Fun and cozy bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements for children and adults
Children have a dedicated play area, complete with toys and a whimsical teepee.
The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are far enough away to not be disruptive but also close enough that would hear if loud music was being played outside.
-Just a stone's throw from local shops and restaurants being 11 miles from charming downtown Sandy
-Close to ski resorts and alpine adventures in Government Camp a 22 mile drive east
-Easy access to Portland's urban attractions and airport 35 miles away
- Only 9 miles to Mt Hood Village and Hoodland shops
Getting Around:
You will likely need a car to get around, however the Mt Hood Express does run up and down the mountain at regular intervals and stop all along Hwy 26.
Other Things to Note:
Large deck with BBQ and fire table
Game room with billiards, foosball, and arcade games
Spacious yard with a basketball hoop and fire pit

Wonderful place, great location. The younger children's toys were a hit, the board games and arcade room were a great resource as well. Only suggestion is to provide curtains in the kids room.

This was a wonderful place for our family. It is a beautiful, large home set in the trees but with lovely open spaces also. The great room, (vaulted ceiling, big electric fireplace and large screen TV above that, huge sectional sofa with huge Ottoman) could have all 9 of us in there doing a variety of things and not feel crowded. I had a puzzle in one corner, my daughter-in-law was doing artwork in another and grandson, 4, was playing with the play store set up! We had plenty of room in the nice big kitchen for my daughter-in-law, granddaughter, husband and I to prepare Thanksgiving dinner! We really appreciated the extra refrigerator in the laundry room! It was less than 30 minutes to drive to Government Camp for the kids to play in the snow. That was a great addition to the whole adventure. It was fun to watch our 2 sons and 3 grandsons shooting hoops in the driveway at the house and then heading off into the woods to explore! The property is very large and private and backs up to BLM land. Lots of room to explore. The young crowd enjoyed the hot tub and the 4 year old was thrilled with the large wooden train set he found! And the game room was a big hit with a pool table, fussball, 2 arcade games, and a table shuffleboard. The grandkids are asking if we can go there again!! We enjoyed a very memorable Thanksgiving.
