We came with a group of 12 of us and this was absolutely perfect. Lots of space to spread out, so well thought out, and absolutely beautiful next to the river.

House was very clean and welcoming. Property is right up against the Sandy River. Super quiet neighborhood plenty of parking, even though there are houses close by we felt very secluded. You can tell the owners take pride in their home. It was very clean and the furnishing’s were great quality. Every year we venture up towards Mount Hood to get away from fireworks because our dogs are deathly afraid. The dogs were so relaxed there that the two big firework booms we did hear they didn’t react to. It was so nice to open the windows of the bedroom and fall asleep to the sound of the river. Definitely recommend this house and we plan on booking it again!
