The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed! Lots of space for my kids to run around. Great location, easy to get to everything in Poipu. I also really appreciated that the garage had beach stuff (umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, etc.) and snorkeling equipment!

Fit us perfect in all ways. Enough bathrooms, gym, pool (large nice but with a 9min walk or 4 min drive to the best beaches we didn’t use but little kids would love) , room to hang out in the large living, dining, kitchen area. Kitchen stocked, central AC, patio, washer and dryer w/soap, all accessories for beach were available. umberella had one broken wire but still worked great. One boogie board was folding but still worked again they are nice extras so not something to complain about at all.Everything was stocked dish soap, towels shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, trash babes, toilet paper. Clean except the master shower didn’t seem to be very clean. Everything else was clean. Didn't need however also had vacuum and broom and baby high chair, play pen in master closet. Didn’t see one bug, or critter at all. We would definitely stay again and recommend

Absolutely loved our stay here! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. We ate every breakfast and dinner outside on the patio and loved the privacy of the location. The pool and hot tub were great at night after a long day of exploring the island. Highly recommend this unit to anyone with kids.

My family (5 of us including my husband and our teen/adult kids) stayed here for a few days in the middle of our 2 week Hawaiian vacation. Check in was easy. The property is clean and spacious. The pool is clean and wasn’t crowded. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, snorkel sets, flippers and a beach umbrella. The condo was stocked with beach towels and plenty of towels for showering. Also, if you don’t feel like dealing with liquids in TSA, the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was laundry detergent, dish soap, a new sponge, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper and hand soap, as well. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything you need! We also enjoyed the gift basket at check in. The outdoor dining area was a nice spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and to be entertained by the local chickens. The beach is about a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away - go check out the turtles in the morning! Great snorkeling but be sure to wear flippers or water shoes. There’s also a shopping center at the end of the road with a couple of good dinner options. Take a 10 minute drive to Java Kai in another nice outdoor shopping area. This was a great home base for our Kauai leg of the trip about halfway between the west coast and airport. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

The condo was well-appointed and comfortable. We had six adults and the large table inside worked well for dining and board games. The pool area was well-kept and there were dedicated times for laps if you want.

We had a great stay here. The location was convenient to beaches and hiking and the garage had plenty of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys etc). We appreciated the option for a high chair and pack n play. The patio and green space was great for enjoying the outdoors.

The condo served us well. The size of the entire unit gave us the room to socialize from cooking to eating & just gathering. We live on the island & I planned my birthday golf weekend. Loved our week here on kauai. Place was perfect size for our family of 4. Place was clean, upstairs neighbors were a little loud but nothing too bad. Kitchen had most of what we needed but pot/pans could use some updating. Also would've liked if there was more seasonings to cook with. These aren't really things you want to buy on vacation but are always nice when they're provided.

Really liked the location for our family vacation. Easy access to Poipu beach, Keiki beach, and shopping. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for our grandchild. Pili Mai was very relaxing without feeling crowded at all. Spent most afternoons at the pool. Condo itself was clean and relatively comfortable, with everything we needed for preparing meals. Would stay here again.

Condo was super clean and comfortable for our large extended family. It was a perfect space for us. The ONLY negative I have is that the poolwas NOT heated. even in the toddler pool. The property manager was very helpful when we needed to reach out. We were unable to access originally with the code,and she was super responsive and got us in.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The place was so clean, beautiful, and pictures did not do justice. We had our wedding down the street at the spouting horn and this was the perfect location. The property is featured to be nice, but don’t be fooled it is dated and wasn’t clean upon arrival. They weren’t willing to waive cleaning fee in any way, just to send someone out to clean it AFTER we had already checked in a day later. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone until they go in and replace dirty carpets. The AC unit never cooled properly and was locked to any internal control. It was a permanent temp of warmth throughout the house. Worst VRBO I’ve experienced.

We had a wonderful stay! The back lanai was secluded and peaceful. The walk to the pool was short and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Poipu beach is walkable. The Poipu shopping area is an easy walk. Keoki’s restaurant is a hidden gem. We had a couple of issues with an appliance and a toilet. They were immediately fixed. It was easy to contact someone with concerns. Communication was great. I would stay at this property again.

Great central location to start all your fun! Less than five minutes from Poipu beach where we went to watch the turtles come to shore in the evenings. Garage has lots of chairs a large cooler and beach toys for the kids. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was great. The condo was very spacious for our group of 6. Three bathrooms was a definite bonus! Also the mid stay cleaning was super nice we’ve never had that at a condo rental before. It was very clean and comfortable, needs a little maintenance here and there, but overall it’s a great place to stay. Keep in mind there are very minimal spices and condiments left in the cabinets like some other condos we’ve strayed in so pack some or be prepared to stock up when you get here. Thank for having us!

The condo was clean and in a great location. 5 minutes to Poipu beach. The only complaint we had was the couch is a bit worn out. But we didn’t spend much time inside.

We had a great time. The condo was nice and clean. We had plenty of room to spread out. The community was nice. It was a huge pool that the kids loved and it was a shirt drive to the beach to see the sea turtles. I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was the key code not working until 15 minutes before 4pm. I was there 30 minutes early which i wouldnt think would be a big deal but i guess they want you to pay extra for early check in. We stood outside for 15 minutes until the code actually worked.

We stayed for a week in this very nice development with five of us, including a toddler, in the three bedroom unit. The unit was clean and comfortable. The unit was solidly built and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. All good.

The property was perfect!!! Better than the pictures and description. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and ready for us. The amenities within the complex were also great. The pool is beautiful and never crowded. There are bbqs at the pool as well as throughout the complex. We are a family of 8 and we weren't on top of eachother; there was more than enough space for all of us. We are a family who cooks....one suggestion would to have cookie trays (for baking) and a glass/pyrex meaauring cup.
