The unit was amazing!Very clean and fantastic location.If there were any issues we were able to get answers almost immediately.Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler!We would definitely go back.

Air conditioning works good split t stats which is great ..place is super clean and modern ..pillows and beds super comfortable

Overall check in and out was easy. Minimal utensils in kitchen but sufficient. I recommend better lighting outside so guest can see house numbers better. Diverter valve on upstairs shower wasn’t working properly. Not a big deal but it should be repaired or replaced.

We sent an email with a screen shot of the listing showing access to the Poipu Athletics Club. We NEVER received a reply. it was disappointing as we SELECTED a unit WITH ACCESS.

The coffee pot is broken. It just make a mess and no coffee. The outdoor hose is broken. Hard to clean up after going to the beach. The washer/dryer need some deep cleaning. Other places we have traveled too have signs to keep the washer door open to avoid mold. I have front loaders too and understand the extra maintenance . The location and the rest of the unit was great.
