We had a very good experience. We enjoyed having our own washer and dryer. The apartment was very clean. The host responded quickly and sent someone out to fix a set of blinds that fell. This property is in walking distance of the beach, shopping and more which was lovely.

location was perfect! A lot of room for a family of 8. But, the kitchen didn't have enough silverware, and since its not privately owned you must buy all of your condiments ect when staying. in privately owned condos Ive found condiments in the frig, parm cheese ect! Ya, cant take butter on a plane to the next island LOL

We were already in Kauai and staying at Pili Mia. We decided to extend. unfortunately, our existing space was not available, so we rebooked to 14A.
The space (14A) was adequate, although more expensive and less space and amenities as our previous place.
The main issue is the requirement to download yet another app to check in. The App is gimmicky and shows hundreds of messages etc.
Overall, a minor inconvenience but annoying.
Pila Mia is a nice place if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to the beaches.
