Perfect for small families, groups of friends, and business travelers, this home has four stylish bedrooms on the upper level, offering the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Two of the rooms have king-sized beds and the third bedroom is furnished with queen-sized bed. Fourth bedroom is in the basement with a Queen bed and pull out sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own unique style, but they all feature earthy color tones, soft carpeting, high-end linens, and handcrafted furniture. These bedrooms have locally inspired accents, flat-screen TVs, and spacious closets that make it easy to unpack your things and feel at home.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, open shelving, and a spacious mirrored vanity with plenty of storage. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and a starter pack of basic toiletries for your convenience. You may need to replenish these during your stay, depending on how long you're here!
Another bathroom is available guest use in the basement area.

The full kitchen is an open space with modern cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an elevated breakfast bar. The drawers and cabinets are stocked with kitchen essentials, and the full-size fridge provides plenty of space to store all of your groceries.
Small kitchen appliances like a toaster, blender, gourmet knife set, coffee maker, and spice rack all have a place on the expansive counters. We supply you with a few single-use coffee packs, creamer, and sugar to get you started. You'll also find some basics like salt, pepper and spices for your use. The dining table is tucked right off the kitchen next to large glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and overlook the yard.
The living room features warm color tones, new carpet and modern furniture. Find your favorite spot on the sectional sofa and watch your favorite sports or movies on the flat-screen Smart TV. The living room is surrounded by windows that allow for plenty of natural light, and electric light fixtures and locally inspired artwork complete the space.
Want more room to spread out? Downstairs there is a secondary lounge space. Here you can play pool, bring out board games, or watch TV. Send the kids down there to play or watch movies while the adults enjoy some quiet conversation on the patio.

This home sits on a large lot dotted with mature shade trees. There is a long front driveway with plenty of parking space. The sprawling backyard is the perfect place for a family football game or backyard picnic. There is a concrete patio with outdoor lounge furniture that looks out over the lush backyard. Please note that the yard is not fenced, so please keep an eye on your pets when they are outside. he lower-level porch features a private hot tub l - perfect for relaxing sore muscles or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Our hot tub is cleaned in between all guest visits. Also, take advantage of the gas BBQ grill for some delicious meals. After exploring the area, return home to cook s'mores by the fire pit !

The home was clean, welcoming, nicely decorated and cozy. We loved having access to the kayaks and the tranquility of the lake was just what we needed! Plenty of towels provided; pool table and hot tub were bonuses and very much appreciated by our teenage boys. Plenty of clean Adirondack chairs when we used the firepit. Convenient to many attractions, including, downtown TC, etc. Great local recommendations by the host, and quick response when we had a question. The check out process was very easy. However, we were disappointed that bedrooms were much, MUCH smaller than portrayed in the photos and the two secondary bedrooms offered very little space to maneuver. No drawers in any of the bedrooms other than the single nightstand in two of the rooms. We suggest supplying at least double the amount of hangers in each closet, or invest in a clothing storage system, to maximize useful space in bedrm closets. Our friends traveled in from AZ and we hated that they had to live out of their suitcases. The king bed in the corner bedroom, while comfy, was flimsy and entirely too big for that room. Re: the path out to the dock: perhaps lay some plywood/construct a wooden walkway to cover the particularly mucky stretch. We noticed ants in the downstairs bathroom. It would be helpful to provide some instructions on how to activate the upstairs shower. Though the listing has a photo of cornhole, we did not find a set anywhere. This home is really ideal for 4-6 adults/2-4 childrn.

We had a great time, traveling with 3 boys that like nature, fishing, kayaking, this property enabled them to do all. The kayaks were wonderful to have, the space in the house worked perfectly for our family, not huge but not small either. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for the light cooking we did, loved having the washer /dryer which both worked great. Hot tub was clean and hot but the jets might need some repair, some did not work at all some only worked a little. Other than that it was a perfect space for a family of 5 to spend a week!

We had a wonderful stay! It was just a short drive outside of Traverse City in a quiet area of town. The house was clean, the kitchen had all the basics, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the pool table. There was plenty of seating for our family to relax and watch TV. With all the snowfall, we especially appreciated the daily snowplow service and being able to park our vehicles in the garage.
