Parking notes: No passes or codes are required. There are also no RVs, boats, or trailer parking permitted.

-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

We had a great time in Port St Joe this past week. The home was what we expected. The beach was in walking distance and the pool was right down the street. For those of us who had never been there, it would be nice to have a notebook with where things are located. Like for example, restaurants in the area. We had a neighbor who gave us much needed information.It was a grand trip with the grands!

This rental is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. So clean, decor is amazing, beds are comfortable. THE PICTURES DONT DO IT JUSTICE THE HOUSE IS VERY BIG! The neighbor hood is amazing, so many friendly people and things to do. Pools are nice. I could say so many great things about this place. I would absolutely stay again and plan on it.
