Beach Vibes: Your Luxury Beach Home Rental in the Windmark Beach Community.
This new, clean luxury designed home with everything you need for a great beach vacation is a short walk from the BEACH. The Windmark Community offers so much including a resort-style heated pool, fitness center (days passes additional), nature trail over 2 miles for running, biking, and walking, and boardwalks. The cute nearby downtown has casual and fine dining including the View on Old 98.
The beach is less than 2 blocks away or a 6-9 minute walk.
The space Come experience coastal luxury in this beautiful new construction single-family home with 4 bedrooms. 3 king beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa.
The modern coastal décor carries an inviting feel. LVP floors carry throughout the home along with granite countertops, and stainless appliances; fully stocked with all linens, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities.
The kitchen, dining, and living offer an open living concept. The kitchen is fully stocked including items for baking. Enjoy access to a large pantry, fridge with ice maker, and a dishwasher. Smart TVs are in the living room and every bedroom.
The luxury master suite offers a comfortable king bed, flat-screen Roku television, and ceiling fan. The master bathroom is en suite; complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and private water room.
Two additional bedrooms both have king beds. A 4th bedroom which is whimsical and fun is outfitted with 2 bunk beds to sleep 4 more. The sofa sleeper is an additional sleeping option. All guest rooms have comfortable bedding, great natural light, and closet access. The shared bath is pristine with a shower/tub combination. Private laundry is available with a starter supply of detergent.
A beach wagon is provided as well as an outdoor shower. Parking is available onsite but be mindful, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed. The large community pool offers a zero-entry splash pad for kids, plenty of lounge chairs, as well a playground. In addition, there are several beach access points with 3.5 miles of boardwalks; perfect for exercise such as walking, biking, running, and even nature photography or you can visit the city center which is home to Fit as a Fiddle for yoga and weights. We highly recommend going to The View on 98 in the city center to cook your catch or have a sunset cocktail looking over the ocean. Windmark Beach has all the amenities to provide a memorable vacation.

The house was amazing. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and answer any questions we had. The amenities were excellent and the location is beautiful! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The property itself worked well for us to visit St Joe Bay to do some scalloping, BUT when we arrived on Friday afternoon we noted that there were several bugs, both dead and alive in the home. I immediately let the manager of the property know. As we were leaving for dinner, we noted a spider on the wall. We aren’t too fussy of guests (maybe we should be fussier!), so I killed it and moved on. Later my wife told me she had seen a spider by the coffee maker but just didn’t say anything, thinking it was an isolated issue. We also let the PM know in real time that these two instances had occurred.
The next morning, there was ANOTHER spider crawling across the bathroom floor. I immediately notified the PM and requested someone come spray since we were going to be staying another night. Also at that time, I let him know about the non-functional dryer (which he said they would look at after we checked out). After several hours, we were notified that there were not any exterminators available that day (Monday at the earliest), but they would drop off some bug spray if we’d like.
We rent our beach house too, and I would have been super apologetic and offered to buy dinner or something, but no (and no, I didn’t ask). Anyway, without the spiders/bugs/non-working dryer, I think the house is fine for what we were looking for. The community seems nice, and the video game in the bunk room was a big hit! I wish the PM had been more proactive with trying to make things right.
