🐶 Dog-friendly for well-trained dogs 12+ months old (limit 2) – $200 fee per pet
🛻 Golf Cart: Must sign rental agreement to use. Unauthorized use = $500 fee + cancellation of remaining stay
🚫 No boats or trailers allowed
📷 Security: Ring doorbell (front) + exterior garage camera
🚫 No smoking, no glitter, no flushable wipes or grease in drains
⏰ Check-out: 10:00 AM Eastern | Self check-in with keypad
👤 Primary renter must be age 25+
🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

* Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
* Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.
* Rental agreement will be provided upon booking and is signature is required to finalize reservation.
* Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your reservation.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
* If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed rental agreement is required for all stays.
* Please do not send or mail any packages or items to the home.
* Please do not dye, bleach, tint, or color hair anywhere inside the property. Hair dye products can permanently stain bathtubs, sinks, countertops, towels, linens, and other surfaces, resulting in costly repairs and replacements. Any stains or damage caused by hair coloring products will result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges being assessed to the responsible guest.

This was a graduation gift from me to my daughter who just graduated high school and got her cosmetology license! She is 18 and I had another 18year old girl, a 19 year old girl, my 14 year old daughter, and my 19 year old nephew with me! The house is beautiful and convenient to the beaches. The little shops in the community were a nice surprise as we didn’t realize they were there! We drove most days down to Cape Sans Blas beach and found a very low populated place to spend a few hours! The teens would take the golf cart to the local beach often and I would stay back and rest or cook! But the best part was Christina!! She is so sweet and easy to contact! I definitely recommend staying with Christina, I know she has other properties and imagine they are all amazing! We will be back for sure!

The property is great and the little town center on the way to the beach and pool is awesome. The house was very clean and the hosts were great. We had a little packing issue and Christina was able to help us solve it as soon as we arrived. We had two littles with us and took full advantage of the golf cart and beach wagon.
