About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming 45 m² flat with a swimming pool for rent in Azille, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom, and a garden of around 15 m². We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, a fan, an iron and ironing board, and a portable air-conditioner.
Outdoors:
- A swimming pool for adults and a children’s pool (shared, unheated and open from 15 April to October – dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions).
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- An open garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Azille, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- Canal du Midi, with the option of boat trips
- Between Carcassonne and Narbonne
- We recommend a visit to Les Grands Buffets (an excellent restaurant)
- Freshwater swimming
- Close to Perpignan and Spain
- Nearby beaches
Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Lézignan-Corbières, 13 km away (16 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Sud de France Carcassonne, 40 km away (40 mins by car)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
