Lescarrairades, charming 5-star air-conditioned villa in a quiet area with salt water pool, heated and secure!
Ideally located between Saint Rémy de Provence and Eygalières with a view of the Alpilles, this charming 5-star country house of 180 m² offers 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Beautiful volumes, charm and brightness, chic and sober atmosphere.
The first floor offers a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, 5-burner stove and 2 ovens and a television, a cosy living room with fireplace, library and television, two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a landing with a small office area leads to two air-conditioned bedrooms and a third bathroom with WC.
The four independent air conditioning systems allow the entire villa to be cooled.
The main terrace, accessed from the kitchen/dining room and the living room, is south-facing and protected from the sun's rays by a vine. A second terrace is oriented to the east and allows you to catch the first rays of the sun or spend the late afternoon in the shade, comfortably seated in the garden furniture.
The 4 x 10 m salt water swimming pool with a depth of 110 to 150 cm with Romanesque staircase is heated by a heat pump, which allows you to take full advantage of it from MAY to OCTOBER. It is equipped with an electric roller shutter guaranteeing optimal safety and maintaining the temperature of the water. It has a beautiful beach, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.
In a quiet countryside, the 3,300 m² property is located in a green setting in the middle of orchards.
The entire property is reserved for the exclusive use of the tenants. The house is equipped with an anti-intrusion alarm panel. The access gate is motorized and operated by a remote control.
The house has a fibre optic connection (350 Mb/s) and Orange TV (107 channels) with Netflix. The WiFi network is available throughout the house as well as in the pool area and in a good part of the garden.

A charcoal barbecue and a gas plancha are at your disposal.
For the little ones, we provide 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, 1 baby bath, 1 bath ring, 1 bath seat, 1 small toilet potty, 1 toilet reducer, 1 baby cook, adapted plastic crockery, socket covers and 1 stroller.
For older children, we provide 4 mountain bikes (1 size M, 1 size L and 2 for children)
A ping-pong table, a bowling alley and petanque balls, a badminton kit, racket games as well as books, board games and toys are also available.
The property is quietly located in the countryside. Bakeries, butchers, delicatessens, tobacconist, hairdressers, beauty salons, dry cleaners, florists, perfumeries, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors and dentist at 1.8 km. Supermarket at 5 km.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Patricia was very helpful and went above and beyond to settle us in. The villa is well equipped inside and out. The inside is comfortable and tastefully furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The garden is a pretty outdoor space with plenty of furniture and table tennis/boules and as it is located far away from any other properties, it is quiet and very private so provides a relaxing experience. The electric gate also made the property feel secure and private. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely return. Molleges was less than a five minute drive away and has a lovely bakery, butchers and small supermarket (Util). Further afield is Egalieres which is a beautiful place to eat and drink.

This house was everything I wanted for my first visit to Provence. The seclusion, the outdoor spaces, the heated pool, the bikes. We were a group of six adults- plenty of space. The location was good for day trips to Pont du Gard, Eygaliers, St Remy, Aix.

Fantastic property with lovely furnishings, comfy beds, all mods cons, great family kitchen for cooking and dining, great outdoor dining area, lovely grounds, pool and free extras (bicycles, table tennis, pool furniture, weekly cleaning and laundry change).
Patricia who manages the property was brilliant and responded Immediately to any requests. The property was perfectly situated and 30 mins from Arles, Avignon, Luberon, and 50 mins from Marseille airport.
