Welcome to the "Cabanon du Baron", a charming house in the heart of the Alpilles in Mollégès, a recent residence of 147 m2 in the Bouches-du-Rhône.
This property offers a garden of 1000 m2 with secure salt water swimming pool (sunbed and parasol), a petanque court, football goals, a basketball hoop, 4 bicycles, a ping-pong table, it is fully fenced by an electric gate with 3 parking spaces, one of which has an awning and a socket to charge a car.
The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for 8 people, an outdoor sofa area, a gas plancha and a charcoal weber barbecue.
Air conditioning is present throughout the house, a refreshing floor on the first floor and a ducted system in the bedrooms.
Inside, on the first floor, you will find a master suite with a 160 cm bed, a TV, a dressing room and a bathroom equipped with two sinks and a shower, overlooking the garden through a French window.
The kitchen is equipped with many amenities such as a toaster, Thermomix, a coffee bean machine, microwave, kettle, oven, induction hob leading directly through a French window onto the covered terrace.
The living room is equipped with a TV and a comfortable sofa.
A pantry with a washing machine and freezer is also available, as well as a WC.
Upstairs, you will find a playroom with relaxation area for children (open to the corridor), three bedrooms with 140 double beds, a bathroom with double sink, shower and bathtub, as well as a toilet.

The price includes bed linen, beds made on arrival and towels and pool towels.
For a stay of more than 7 nights, a cleaning lady and a gardener will intervene to ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the garden.
A deposit of 2400€ is required.
