Contemporary upscale kitchen custom made by Xavier’s, a renowned Belgian kitchen designer. Featuring high end stainless steel Miele appliances: double American Fridge, full oven, microwave, top of the line gas stove and a built in plancha. Washer and dryer. Fully equipped to cook or bake any gourmet meals. (also all types of coffee maker, trancheuse a jambon, beer tender machine, soda stream, etc..) Large island connected to a 10 person sitting table. Industrial loft look with “béton ciré” floors and metal details. High end materials used: "chêne massif" and counter / sink “taillés dans la pierre, pierre bleue”. Original traditional ceilings refurbished. “Poutres apparentes et platre”. A “pole a bois en fonte” provides radiant heat during cold fall or spring nights.This is the place where you’ll spend most of your time as everyone tend to gather around the central table.

Bedroom 4 Downstairs:
Large bedroom with double bed, oak floors and terrace overlooking a fig tree, lavender and a 500 year old olive tree. Suitable for a couple with a baby.
Bedroom 5 Downstairs:
A charming romantic bedroom with double bed, oak floors and mezzanine.
FIRST FLOOR
Contemporary Oak and Steel staircase with child safe rails leading to a large Mezzanine Floor TV Room and/or Children's Play Area featuring bean bags, games, books, LCD Samsung TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii console.
Bedroom 2 & 3 Upstairs:
Complete with double beds these rooms are separated by sliding wooden doors so can be turned into one large room if needed for a family. Shared bathroom with Italian Shower.
Bedroom 1 - Master Suite of 40m2:
Complete with queen bed and fireplace with oak sliding doors leading to a 20m2 upscale En Suite Bathroom with large closets. Featuring contemporary double sink, toilet, large Italian shower, high end contemporary large tiles on floor and walls and a beautiful standalone bath set in the middle of the room with stunning views of the Alpilles mountain range.
EXTERIOR
The house sits on a 2 acres of land on top of small hill with 50 olives trees. The house is accessible from a private laneway which arrives at the back of the house and with ample parking with 2 covered parking spots.
Outside the front of the house sits a charming seating area with 2 chairs and table. Set under the shade of one of the many mature Chestnut trees is a large teak dining table and chairs to seat 10 people and a beautiful designer seating area for 4 people along with a stone table and bench made from local stone which lends itself to the perfect spot for an evening aperitif.
The garden also hosts a cosy moroccan style covered outdoor lounge with seating for 12 people or more with 2 large local stone tables and built in benches with stylish pillows proving to be the perfect spot for lunch in the shade or late dinners.
Pool - 11m x 5m
The beautiful pool is completed with stone decking and surrounded by lavender and pink laurels. The pool has a manual pool cover and 2m x 5m ledge making it very safe for children to use. 6 Lounge Chairs, a full outdoor Sofa set, a Ping Pong table, BBQ and Swing Set are also provided.

Located on the edge of the Alpilles Mountain Range, the property is ideally located to visit many of the famous villages Provence has to offer - a 10 minute drive from the desirable villages of Eygaliers and St Rémy de Provence, 15 minute drive to Les Baux de Provence, 20 Minute drive to Avignon Centre, 25 minute drive to the beautiful hilltop towns of the Luberon - Gordes, Menerbes, Rousillon and Lourmarin to name just a few, 45 minute drive to the city of Aix en Provence and an hour drive to beaches either at Cassis or in the Camargue.

This picturesque stone estate has just about everything you need for a family or group getaway: clean, updated stone farmhouse nicely furnished on a quiet hillside and well located to explore the Luberon region. The pool is a touch on the small side but well situated with lounges and a nice view. One nitpick is that none of the tiny solar lights leading down to and around the pool worked, and the barbecue was an old, basic Weber with rusted grill. -- surprising given the care given to furnishing the house and kitchen and having it spotless on our arrival. Do note the drive entrance is not marked and hard to spot - its right next to the tractor dealership at the property entrance off the highway. Grocery and bakery nearby. Will definitely stay again.

séjour pas très confortable étant donné le manque de climatisation dans les chambres, salon extérieur sale et pas tentant, plage de piscine pas carrelée....bref mauvais rapport qualité prix.
