The property accommodates up to 10 people and is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
• A living room with a sofa, armchair, table, chairs, and a bench
• A kitchen partially open to the living room, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, KRUPS coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and ice maker
• Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x200) and an en-suite bathroom featuring a double sink, walk-in shower, towel warmer, and toilet
• Bedroom 2 features a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed (120x190), suitable for a child. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet
• A laundry room with a washer and dryer
• Separate toilet
On the first floor:
• Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140x200)
• Bedroom 4 with a double bed (140x200) and its private bathroom with a shower/tub combination and double sink
• Bedroom 5 with a queen-size bed (160x200), a private toilet, and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink and walk-in shower
• Separate restroom
