The property was nicely equipped and located perfectly along the coast. Close to the state park made it easy to escape crowds and get out in nature a bit. The pool was great and very uncrowded. It was kept very clean and made for an enjoyable time when the kids wanted a break from ocean swimming. There were a few issues with the house. The living room had a strong urine odor that we brought up to management. They did offer to have the whole place deep cleaned but given our short vacation window we opted for a can of Febreze instead. The furnace fan also ran constantly and audibly compared to a train passing directly next to the house. We contacted management about this and they said they would send someone but we never heard from them again. Luckily we had an extra bedroom to use to escape the second floor furnace fan. Otherwise things went great. We were very happy with the Cape.
