All You Need is just that, all you need to enjoy the perfect beach vacation!!! This property is truly the best location in Barrier Dunes!!! This uniquely situated town home has breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful blue-green waters of Cape San Blas from every room!
The spacious deck on the first level has a gas grill and loads of outdoor seating, bar-height table that seats four for morning coffee or evening drinks with an amazing view, two chaise lounges and an outdoor dining table that seats six when you choose to dine "Al Fresco".
The living area has two sofas (one is a sleeper), large flat screen TV, large farm-style dining table that seats 8 comfortably, and 2 additional kitchen counter seats. You'll all have amazing views through the large window seat in the dining area as well !
The kitchen has all the standard appliances you'll need, and is well-stocked with cookware, blender, glassware or plastic ware for the kids. We provide a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker. We've tried to anticipate your every vacation need!
The unit has 2 master bedrooms both with beautiful panoramic views of the beaches and Gulf from each of their own private balconies. Both masters have king beds, nightstands, large flat screen televisions, and en-suite bathrooms with full-sized showers. One of the masters also has a love-seat that pulls out into a twin bed - perfect for kids or just an extra spot to relax privately!
The laundry area is conveniently located on the 2nd level, complete with a full sized washer and efficient dryer.
There is a newly remodeled standard size stairway that leads to the large upper level area, which is bigger than any original lofts and perfect for the kids ! The top level has two twin beds, a full size bed, large flat screen TV, bean bag chair and over-sized windows for beautiful Gulf views.
We provide you with some toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, and foil - enough to conveniently get you started. Beach chairs and misc outdoor beach equipment are also provided for your convenience !!

50% of balance due is due at booking and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Our standard pet Fee is $150.00 and is non-refundable once checked in.

Everything was excellent, also Kathy was there to sssist us with any questions that we had. It was very convenient. Knowing she was there for my whole family. Thank you very very much. We shall do that again.

First, the good stuff. We have come to Cape San Blas every year for the past 11 years and have stayed up and down the Cape. The part of the beach where this property is located is the nicest part of the beach. Beautiful. This property has two well maintained pools. The unit is an end unit on the beach and all windows have a beach view. There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite baths, (plus a loft that we did not use). We like parity in the accommodations as we are two married couples. There was a big deck that wrapped around two sides of the condo.
Now for the bad stuff. The sliding door to the deck was incredibly difficult to open. Really bad. In fact, once outside, someone inside often had to assist with closing the door. The handle on the outside was pulling away from the door and felt like it was going to break off in my hand.
The bedroom where my husband and I stayed had no closet. We were there for a week. There was a hook on the back of the door and a 5 drawer dresser. All of the dresser drawers were stuffed with pillows (not clean pillows). There was a lot of pet hair (we did not bring a pet). The bottom drawer was broken. The bathroom in that bedroom did not have any towel racks and the drawers in the vanity could not be fully opened as they banged into the door trim. The dishes, silverware and pots/pans were not clean. Sometimes we would grab a plate or knife and it was clear that it had been put away without even being rinsed. The complex is in disrepair and needs major work.
These are the reasons we will not be repeat customers to this property. I really hope they fix it because it could be really nice.
