Located within walking distance of Yale's campus, this is the perfect place to spend a weekend, month, or entire semester. This is a private 3rd floor apartment in a three family home. It was renovated in 2020 from top to bottom with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed. There is also an air mattress available upon request.

This was a perfect spot for my family of 4, close to schools, shops & within walking distance of many great destinations. The space is beautiful and clean which can be very hard to come by!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family. We stayed for a week with our kids and explored Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. It was perfect.
