Welcome to Haven! Whether you are looking for a space to work, relax or enjoy time with family, Haven has everything that you need to feel comfortable. In addition to two large bedrooms, this immaculate apartment has central air, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, a four seat breakfast bar, new appliances, easy parking, and a large hand-crafted dining room table. Just minutes to Yale and downtown New Haven, you feel right at home and close to everything at the same time.
This is private 1st floor apartment is an ideal space for families, couples and colleagues. It is located in a three-family home on a quiet tree-lined street and was renovated in 2020 from top to bottom.
We care deeply about what we do and put every effort to ensuring that our guests are comfortable. All of our units include central air conditioning, super fast Wifi, all new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed. There is also an air mattress available upon request.
This sparkling clean apartment also features every amenity you'll need to feel at home including:
- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows
- Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Washer and dryer and laundry supplies in the unit

A perfect home-away-from-home in New Haven! Fully stocked with kitchen, bed and bath supplies, this was a well-appointed and comfortable apartment for a family trip that included work and sightseeing. Close to Yale/downtown New Haven as well as suburban sights and even a trip to the beach. Our hosts were helpful, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Haven. An old house, beautifully redone with modern theme, was a perfect place for us to relax. We liked sitting on the front porch, and it was great to have off-street parking. This house was quiet and safe. It was just perfect for us.
