It was convenient and in a great location to walk to local stores and restaurants.
We wished there was a washer and dryer and it was tricky finding the right temperature of the room.

We were lucky to get this property, great value for money paid. Wonderful location, safe, delicious pizza place nearby, friendly brewery for the beer lovers several minutes away, Yale in 10 minutes drive, we also drove to several beaches around to explore the area. Clean and cozy, had all we needed - spacious rooms, comfortable kitchenette, lovely TV/sitting area, working and not extremely loud A/C, free parking and a very welcoming host.
The host warned us the building is old so we needed to be aware of the poor soundproofing. We stayed on the 1st floor and could hear steps above but it didn’t bother us much. We couldn’t find a toaster there but I didn’t ask for it specifically and I think if I did I would get it easy. I missed those cute curtains tiebacks as shown on the photos, I think they’d make the place even more cosy, but I guess I am the only one who noticed.

The nice, neighborhood location was so charming and convenient. The neighborhood felt safe too.
Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We all loved it.
