This is a family friendly resort full of amenities that adults and children alike will enjoy. The cheery aesthetics of this bright blue Villa blends seamlessly with the sunny blue skies above. The sun doesn't stop there, as you step inside this glowing new space, your home away from home. Sunset Walk is very unique and just a 10 min stroll away. There are a ton of restaurants, retail, a movie theater, live music and a waterpark.
The main level on the first floor is an open concept space with fantastic natural lighting and high ceilings, you're sure to love the abundance of space for your group. New and modern furnishings and finishes will give your group the true luxury experience, where you can make this space your own. The living room includes a sofa and accent chair, wall mounted television; the perfect space to rest between your getaway experiences. The dining area offers a comfortable space for 6 guests to enjoy their meals, with additional seating at the kitchen counter.
The kitchen needs no words! With stunning lighting, neutral counters, gleaming appliances. This space is fully equipped with all the dining ware you'll need to enjoy this space as your own. With this, you have the flexibility to dine in or dine out during your stay.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between three private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin beds and en-suite bathroom (first floor bedroom)

This is a private home and as such does not have access to Fins Up Club and pools, nor the Fitness Center that are on the Margaritaville grounds. You can also check resortpass.com for neighboring hotels offering pool access.
Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and 10 miles from Universal Studios. Our guests have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.
Pet fee is $150 (one small dog is ok, no cats)
Please note that late check out must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late check out are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
If you are inquiring about a monthly stay, there is a required cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms once every 30 days. There will be an additional monthly cleaning fee of $90 every 30 days.

Our family had an incredible stay at Blue Villa Beauty at Margaritaville Resort. From the moment we walked in, everything felt clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing family vacation.The layout was perfect for us. The three bedrooms and three full bathrooms gave everyone their own space, which made mornings and evenings easy and stress free. The home was spotless, and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the living area was comfortable for family time, and the outdoor space was a great place to unwind after long days at Disney.The location is hard to beat. Being at Margaritaville made it easy to enjoy the resort amenities while also being only 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks, restaurants, and shopping. It was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation.Most importantly, our host Jack was outstanding. He was responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay went smoothly. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and you can tell he takes pride in providing a great experience for his guests.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Blue Villa Beauty to any family looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to stay.Five stars all the way.

Jack was very responsive to all questions, the house was absolutely amazing. All the amenities were perfect. It’s in a great location. You don’t have to go far for anything.! we will definitely be returning!!

The manager was not responsive when needed. Instructions they provided on an email were different from the ones provided in the room binder. Please be careful and read carefully and question anything that might not be clear to you. I also recommend to check all rooms and bathrooms. I was asked if I took a blow dryer and I said “no” since a carry my own dry bar. Then I get a notification that they filed a claim for two block dryers, which seems like a fraudulent claim to me.
