Overall great experience. Home was clean, spacious and the neighborhood was gated. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a VRBO property.

The condo was clean. The location was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone only disadvantages that you had to pay to use the pool.

Location and communication were great. The property was disappointing. No ceiling fans or fans in general were provided. No bathroom fans worked which resulted in black mold around one of the upstairs fans. Neither outlet in the twin room bathrooms worked which meant we had to blow dry hair in the bedrooms. The house smelled of a lot of cleaning chemicals when we arrived so we opened the windows for a bit. King bed had a huge lump in it, so bad you couldn’t sleep on the one side flat. Same for the sofa… it was stained and had a huge bump in it. Upstairs TVs offered basic cable only so streaming abilities or apps … one bedroom was stuck on another language. If you are looking for a property lacking in quality but great in terms of location, this would be a good fit. We just had higher expectations.
