The interior boasts a modern, open-style concept, offering plenty of space for your group to spread out.
The kitchen highlights gorgeous countertops, pristine beach-gray cabinetry, and a plethora of stainless-steel appliances. Nearby, you’ll uncover a supper table set for a party of four!

Overall a good stay. The house has two bedrooms, and two en-suite bathrooms. Located near a lot of restaurants, and a Publix. Beds were comfortable, but the bedding smelled used. Luckily we travel with our own so we switched it out during our stay. My only major gripe is the front door does not lock from the inside. Meaning if you have small children, you'll need to watch them at all times as they can easily open the door and walk out into the street. This also made it difficult to know if the door was locked from the outside, in case someone would try to break in. The back door does have a child safety feature because of the pool, which was helpful.Overall, it was a nice stay, and served its purpose.

We had a great stay! Very clean, spacious for a family of 4, easy access to Disney parks, food/shopping. Will definitely stay again!

Sandy Toes Way was the perfect landing spot for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). We were quite busy hitting up the Parks each day so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house but it was a great place to rest and reset for the next day's adventures. Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean. Excellent proximity to shopping (Target and Publix) to restock the fridge and also other dining options and entertainment (15 minutes from the Disney Parks). We did have a little trouble with the pool alarm but a quick call to customer service and all was well. They even sent someone over the next day to make sure everything was functioning properly. We would highly recommend this property to a family with older children or maybe two couples traveling together. Great place! If we find ourselves back in the Orlando area we would definitely stay here again.
