This 2 bedroom with a bunk room is located just 20 to 30 mins from the majority of Florida's Theme Parks, Water Parks, City Walk and Disney Springs. This townhouse has all the comforts of being in a home away from home. Sunset Walk as well as a ton of retail is all walkable as well

With your stay, you have walkable access to the entire downtown area called Sunset Walk which includes many restaurants, shopping, entertainment and a waterpark called "Island H2O". Most of our guests purchase tickets to this attraction with the money they save from not having to pay a resort fee and lower nightly rates :)
YOU MUST FILL OUT THE MARGARITAVILLE GUEST ACKNOWLEDEMENT FORM PRIOR TO ARRIVING. IF THE FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AS IT IS A REQURIEMENT OF THE RESORT. THE FORM WILL BE SENT IN A MESSAGE RIGHT AFTER BOOKING.
Other things to note
1.) No parties, or any illegal activity permitted on property.
2.) Hotel amenities are not included with this cottage
3.) Pets are allowed based on prior pre-approval by host. Please message us with the breed and size of your pet ahead of booking. Thank you!

Margaritaville is a beautiful resort and there are many things you can access. Sunset Walk is walking distance and has many restaurants including Estefans (Gloria Estefans) place, Fords Garage, The Wharf and many more. There is also H2O Waterpark, Live Music, Studio Movie Grill and more.
If you are inquiring about a monthly stay, there is a required cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms once every 30 days. There will be an additional monthly cleaning fee of $80 every 30 days.
There is no access to the Resort pool, but H2O is a great alternative. it has a wave pool, a lazy river and a ton of slides
