With a floor area of 67 m², this furnished apartment is located on the 1st and top floor (no elevator) of a small, quiet residence.
Tastefully decorated and furnished, it consists of an entryway, a beautiful and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, drip coffee maker, kettle, microwave…), which opens onto the dining area and living room. On this level, there is a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine.
The staircase leading to the upper level of the duplex leads to a bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and storage, one bedroom with two 80x200cm single beds plus storage, and a separate toilet with a sink.
You can enjoy a 20-square-meter outdoor area with garden furniture facing southwest. Charcoal grill.
Outdoor games, pétanque balls, a bucket and shovel for the beach, a beach racket, and a beach umbrella are available for your use.

Summer: You can easily reach Annecy and its activities while enjoying the tranquility of Bout du Lac, with its national nature reserve and beach, sailing club, boat and pedal boat rentals, hiking trails, bike paths, paragliding, and more.
And around the lake, you’ll find golf, tree-top adventure courses, rock climbing, and more.
