For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (depth 80 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Parking. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
