For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking space n 2701. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "El Salto" 3 km, sandy beach 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 300 m. Please note: car recommended.
