This cozy holiday apartment on the ground floor of the “Südwester” house impresses with its furnishings and great location.
A large living room with an open kitchen and a terrace with beautiful garden furniture await you!
A cozy bedroom has a double bed and the small bedroom has a sofa bed for 2 people.
The pretty bathroom has a shower and toilet.
In the communal cellar of the house (access from outside, accessible via stairs) you will find coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers, as well as a communal bicycle cellar for your bicycles.
Enjoy walks on the beach and the proximity to the port of Timmendorf and the Baltic Sea, you can't live any closer to the sea!
There is a parking space for your car at the house.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our little guests.
WiFi is available free of charge.

Wie gewohnt, guter Service durch das PAS Team. Leider liegt in der Wohnung noch immer kein WLAN an, hier müsste der Wohnungseigentümer dringend tätig werden, zumal direkt vor dem Haus
Breitbandkabel liegt. Die Polstermöbel im Wohnzimmer empfanden wir als sehr unbequem. Der Abfalleimer für die Küche ist sehr klein, ein Besuch in der Abfallbox ist dadurch täglich nötig.
Dieser Umstand ,ist aber wirklich nicht das Problem. Die Parkplätze sind für die jetzt üblichen größeren Autos sehr eng bemessen, wir hatten diesmal aber Glück mit dem ersten Parkplatz am Haus.

Kühlschrankdichtung defekt, Spühltablets und Toilettenpapier waren zu knapp bemessen, kein Internet

Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN wäre noch etwas was angeboten werden könnte(laut Aussage von Ihrer Mitarbeiterin wird schon daran gearbeitet). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung, am Ort und auf der Insel insgesamt.
.Bettwäsche lag nicht nur da, sondern Betten waren bezogen. Toll
Sogar CDs konnten wir für meine Enkelin abspielen, sehr schön.
Wäre nur noch schön, wenn es zu den vielen Töpfen auch passende Deckel geben könnte.
