Charming T2 house completely renovated of about 50m² for 4 people ideally located in the quiet area of Kervihan in Saint-Pierre Quiberon 700m from the wild coast and 1 km from the beach of Port-Bara.

- An open and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator + freezer, 4-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave) with high table and stools,

An enclosed garden of about 25m² with furniture exposed SOUTH completes this property with a second enclosed garden of 400m².
