About this house rental
An authentic watermill on the Belon River, nestled in lush greenery, with an accessible garden.Water for domestic use is supplied by the fountain via simple gravity flow (13 m). Electricity is generated by a micro-hydroelectric plant (12 kwa) connected to EDF since 1986. Guests can use the covered area in front of their rental for lunch. From the kitchen, the terrace at the back of the house—with its round table and four metal chairs—is a peaceful retreat.Walks along marked trails (2 km) on the property, running alongside the Belon River and through the woods, allow you to let your dogs roam freely without the risk of encountering other animals. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the garden and green spaces for reading, relaxing, painting, or taking photos.Salads and tomatoes from the garden, grown without chemicals, are available for purchase. No other houses are visible in the vicinity. You can park your vehicle right in front of your rental.

Wonderful landscape. The Moulin Lescoat is situated at the most beautiful place I can imagine. Wonderful hosts who care for their guests and with whom he had interesting and nice discussions, meals and excursions together.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the hosts where especially welcoming. The surroundings are beautiful and the kids loved playing with Maya the dog.

Séjour formidable. Géographiquement idéalement situé pour visiter la Bretagne Sud. Le lieu très calme à l'abri des voies de circulation, est tout à fait charmant pour les amoureux de la nature et des jardins. L'accueil y est très chaleureux, les propriétaires sont toujours prêts à renseigner, conseiller, expliquer et même traduire le breton. Lui, féru d'Histoire, connaît parfaitement celle locale notamment et se fait un plaisir de la raconter.
