About this chalet rental
Perfectly nestled on the shores of your own private lake/pond, this charming Summit II style Chalet offers plenty of privacy and easy access to the 150 acre Lake Aspen Beach/marina, golf course, and Charrette Commons, which includes, a swimming pool and gym. This Chalet is cozy, but spacious, and features 2 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft along with 2 full baths. The beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar opens to a great room with a gorgeous stone fire place and a wall of floor to ceiling windows. In addition, there is a fabulous screen porch. Enjoy fantastic views from your expanded deck or the covered deck providing plenty of outdoor entertaining options. The backyard has a private pond and fire pit area.
Chalet amenities include:
- Private, primary bedroom with a king bed on the main level with easy access to a
full bath
- Upstairs includes 1 additional bedroom with a king bed, a loft area with a bunk bed, and a full bath
- A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances on the main level for easy meal preparation. There is a dining area for family dinners as well.
- The great area with a stone fireplace, includes a cozy sitting space and a wall of grand windows that offer a scenic view of the outdoors
- A screened porch, off of the main living area, equipped with a seating table
- Expansive open deck and closed deck for outdoor entertaining options
- Outdoor fire pit area with lounge chairs, ideal for evening gatherings (please bring your own firewood)

This property is amazing! We were only there for 2 nights, but we’d love to come back when we have more time to really enjoy the area. It was so peaceful and the scenery was refreshing. Our host was very welcoming and thorough in their communication which made checking in and out a breeze. The home is nicely kept as well. It’s a definite must stay place if you’re looking!

The interior of the property is even better than the pictures. Central location and very private. The view is open from the back, and the kids caught a few fish from the small lake.

We had a little snafu upon arrival with the check in process but once we were able to get hold of the owner, the issue was resolved immediately.
The cabin was very nice. It was clean and very well stocked. It sits on a small pond with a fire pit and lots of deer that wonder through the property. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Innsbrook has a lot of great activities for families including golf, dining, live music, fishing, hiking and swimming. We had a great time and my family enjoyed all the accommodations the cabin had to offer.
