Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment. Whether you're unwinding by the water's edge or attending to tasks in the designated workspace, the choice is yours.
Embark on a journey of exploration with convenient access to fishing, hiking trails, and golfing—mere minutes away from your private oasis. There's truly something for everyone!
PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

We enjoyed a quick girls trip with our dogs. The place was great. Everything we needed was there and the living spaces and bedrooms were all very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our staycation at Innsbrook! Limberry cove was extremely comfortable, cozy and clean. We would definitely rent again! Super easy check in and check out process also!
