Meticulously designed with your ultimate vacation in mind, this vacation home boasts all the luxuries of a high-end resort in the privacy of your own home, ensuring a memorable stay for all. This property offers over 1,600 square feet of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to twelve guests.
As you step through the front door, you and your guests are greeted by an open floor plan adorned with rustic finishes and natural light seeping through the expansive wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. The main level living area features a stone wall fireplace, new couches and recliners, TV, and impeccable views at every angle. Just off of the living area is the fully equipped kitchen outfitted with custom countertops, a breakfast/coffee bar, an air fryer, and stocked with a variety of tools and basic ingredients for your convenience. A dedicated home office nook with high-speed internet and USB ports makes remote work or study easy and efficient.
Tons of entertainment options are located both inside and out! Enjoy challenging your guests to a friendly game of Pacman on the arcade table in the loft, dig into a closet full of board games and puzzles, or sit back and relax in nature in the gorgeous screened-in porch offering plenty of seating, a TV, and of course, stunning panoramic views of the outdoors. The private deck flows off of the main level through the sliding glass doors and offers additional outdoor seating, while the newly built custom fire pit is the perfect place for stargazing under Innsbrook’s uninterrupted night sky. Check-in and communication were great. With 6 adults and 2 toddlers who were attending a wedding at the Aspen Center @ Innsbrook, we couldn't have had a more ideal location. We didn't stop for firewood on our way in and wished we had as we passed several places selling it, but instead we enjoyed sipping wine on the screened in porch which kept us away from the bugs and close to the sleeping babies. There was plenty of things to do, so we wished we had a day without a wedding to enjoy it all. We will likely be renting this location again in the fall for a girls trip. With 5 beds and reclining sofas and a fold-out, it really can hold the number of guests stated. Great kitchen!!!!

Our family had a great stay. We were able to enjoy the pool and playground. The house had plenty for all ages to enjoy.
