The fully equipped kitchen and tasteful dining area provide the perfect setting for enjoying meals. With new kitchen appliances, it’s easy to cook a delicious meal and gather around the table with family or friends. Start your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee on the front porch, where you can savor the peacefulness of the morning with views of Squaxin Island - the historic, pine-laden reservation for the Squaxin Island tribe - or even experience a visit from the local pod of orcas, seals, or otters, all of which are routinely spotted nearby. The well-appointed bedrooms ensure a restful sleep, and the luxurious bathrooms offer a spa-like ambiance. A short walk through the enchanting forest leads to the serene waters of Pickering Passage, ideal for fishing, boating and outdoor activities. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I love this location, the views and water access are top notch. Cabin is a bit dated style wise but that just made it a bargain. Internet is spotty but if the weather is good you don't need to be inside anyways.

The cabin is on a great lot, gorgeous view, with good staircase to the water. Beds are memory foam and comfortable. Has small but functional kitchen. We had some cleanliness concerns. It seemed like the cleaning crew must have been rushed before we arrived. Trash was left outside full and overflowing, dishwasher was full (at least clean), floor hadn’t been mopped, and we found a vape pen in one of the twin beds when we went to use it. Raised questions about how well the beds had been cleaned (and whose vape it was).
