About this house rental
Brand New December 2024, Located 20 minutes or less to almost anywhere in Northwest Arkansas, this comfy home is central to everything and includes many bonus amenities!
This Modern farmhouse style home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a comfy living room and fireplace, an adaptable dinning area that converts into pool table room, a full laundry room, a two car garage, an outdoor dinning area, and high-speed fiber internet. As a bonus, use the detached game room for the kids out back!
All items in this home are brand new as of December 2024.
- Enjoy extremely comfortable beds with extra attention to bedbug prevention and strict cleanliness.
- Each bedroom includes extra blankets, extra pillows, cellphone chargers at each nightstand, luggage stands, dressers, closet space, and a large screen smart TV with all apps to use of your choosing.
- The living room is large and joins with the entry way and dinning area making this a wonderful space to relax, watch TV, and play some pool. Feel free to turn on the fireplace during the cold season.
- The kitchen is furnished with new appliances, and a large french door fridge. Find all the dishes and appliances you need, including a Kureg and coffee cups on the house!
- Each bathroom has been supplied with necessities in case you forget to bring it. If there is anything else you need, just let us know!
- The Kids room has a pull-out bed for an extra sleeper, and includes several fun toys and books to read.
- The Master suite features a large screen smart TV, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in closet, and two sinks.
- The Laundry room features a new washer and dryer with storage space. It also includes a wash basin, which is great for cleaning up after an adventure.
- Have a little sleeper? feel free to use the available playpen to sleep and play, or highchair when they are hungry.
- The two car garage is available for use, which is also great for those times of unexpected weather.
- The back patio includes a large space with gazebo and outdoor dining.

Please note that this system includes a front yard camera facing the road, and a back yard camera facing the external building in the back, and are used to secure the home when vacant.

Could not have asked for a better stay. Location was perfect for us and the property was just as described. Communication with the host was very easy and they were super accommodating. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely look to stay here as a first choice!

The house was perfect for our group. We were heading to the Crystal Bridges Musuem and the house was convenient for staying nearby. It was a very well maintained property and the check out was fast and easy. You won't go wrong renting this home.
