Next time we come to Arkansas, we will book this rental again.

The house was perfect for us: a family of four. We booked every day and found the location to be perfect. We could easily bike to Slaughter Pen and pickleball courts in Osage Park. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole house was well stocked.

Coming from Oregon, I confess I didn’t necessarily have high expectations for our Arkansas visit. But Bentonville is an AMAZING place! Beautiful people, gorgeous location, and lots of fun things to do and explore. The VRBO was clean, comfortable, and situated perfectly for our stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay when we were there in the evenings (Bike Fest and Trail Riding during the day). The host was very responsive when we messaged. My only issue was the spiders, I think that the home needs a thorough inspection in closets and under the counters. A quarterly pest control come through the home will help rid this issue. There was Zevo bug spray in the suppy closet, but I wasn't comfortable spraying in fear of something discoloring or staining. The location is very close to downtown and trails if you are biking as we did the entire time there. The neighborhood is super quiet. We would stay here again .

We really enjoyed the house. The convenience of having a garage and wash station for bikes was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and linens for bed and bath were nice too. A coffee pod station was provided (but no drip coffee pot). The town square and a lot of restaurants are within one mile or less. First time in bentonville and we really enjoyed! Hope to be back.

The house was perfect for our 6 night family stay. Great location for accessing the Slaughter Pen trails and downtown square by bike. We could have biked to Coler Mtn also, but we chose the short drive instead. Took advantage of the bike wash and racks in the garage. So convenient! Walmart store and Walmart neighborhood market close by for all the essentials. Spark ice cream and Trash ice cream were both hits.

Stayed here for weekend of mountain biking. Worked great for me and my 2 adult sons. We walked to downtown a coupe of times and sometimes Uber. Close to the good restaurants etc. Easy to access trails from this location and house is setup w garage access to recharge e-bikes. Very clean and comfortable.

The place was very clean and gad everything needed. Its just outside of the downtown area and can be reached easily by bike or even walking. I liked the added features of a bike rack in the garage and wash station out back. Highly recommend.

I met my Mom & sister at the Bentonville rental for a great 3-night stay. The house is super clean, the beds are comfy and the check in into the house was easy. I had great communication with the owners. Lots to do in this area. We enjoyed the Momentary museum, Crystal Bridges, walking to Airship Coffee, going to the Bentonville farmers market and taking a day trip to Eureka Springs. We enjoyed this rental and will book again.

The home was in beautiful condition, the 3 bedrooms were just the space we needed, and the living room/kitchen allowed us to feel completely at home. Internet was great, and we streamed a lot of Netflix to fill in the nights. Home owner was very responsive to our texted questions, and genuinely wanted to assist in our "fabulous stay" We are considering to stay again due to the great proximity to downtown, and the biking trails.

Two friends and myself (all women) stayed at The House and it was perfect! We were able to cook meals and wash our dirty bike clothes and bikes from the comfort of The House. We felt like the neighborhood was safe and conveniently located for all kinds of activities and locations to the trails. The House was very clean with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and a kitchen with all the necessities. The garage was perfect for storing bikes and muddy gear. The bike wash was a feature I didn’t know we would need, but after riding through a couple muddy patches, we were very grateful for that amenity. The location is great; it’s just about a mile south of Slaughter Pen 3 and quick trip into beautiful downtown Bentonville. Anne was a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Property owner was wonderful to work with us and accommodate our two different reschedule request. The house was check-in ready with many extras supplied. The full washer and dryer was awesome and needed to wash biking gear daily and the refrigerator with water and ice maker came in handy for filling water bottles. Full kitchen with dishwasher made it easy to store food and cook. The house was well thought out for the needs of guest. The set-up for bike washing and storage at the house was really great as well. We were able to ride our bikes to all desired stops such as bike shop. restaurants, coffee shops, and bike trails.
