About this house rental
Cute Charleston style two level home close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Home features granite countertops, subway tile, wood flooring downstairs, carpet and tile upstairs, crown molding, a dining area with built in bench seating, farmhouse sink, gas fireplace, wrap around porch with outdoor grill and lots of storage. Laundry room is upstairs right outside of the bedrooms. Garage is in the back of the home. Wonderful location, close to Pinnacle Hills Promenade and I-49.

We stayed there with 4 elderly grandparents for graduation. The house was clean and well stocked. I wish I would have asked about where the bedrooms and showers were. The bedrooms and showers are all upstairs, so one grandmother had to sleep on the couch downstairs because she cannot climb stairs. That is my fault for not asking ahead of time. There is abhalf bath downstairs. Great location and very good communication with the host.

Very nice property. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. Should replace the frying pans-they are badly scratched.Would be nice if there were a couple of light blankets or afghans for cool evenings so the heat didn’t have to be turned on.

Loved having a garage to park my car in at night. Loved the location.

Enjoyed the stay. Very near activity center. Having the garage was a plus. Beds were a bit dated, and the overall outside maintenance of the house takes away from the experience. A little paint and stump removal could go a long way. Also, just sweep the garage.
