Located on the first residential level (actually the second floor), this unit offers incredible views of the emerald waters—and best of all, no elevator required! Spacious and thoughtfully appointed, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families.

* Master bedroom** features a brand-new king-size bed for ultimate comfort
* Master bath contains a relaxing garden tub and a separate walk-in shower

My mom and I met in Destin to celebrate my birthday. We really enjoyed the studio condo. It was perfect for us. We didn’t really need an entire kitchen. We brought an air fryer to heat up some food we brought with us. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was beautiful. The location and size of the complex was great so the beach wasn’t too crowded with rows and rows of people.

Great location, beautiful condo, and easy access to and from the beach. The view from the balcony and room to the beach were amazing.The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We were within walking distance to The Track and different restaurants. The only thing I would recommend would be a washer and dryer but we will definitely stay again.
