Beautifully located just outside downtown Sandpoint, this classic mountain chalet offers gorgeous, sweeping views of Lake Pend Orielle and Sandpoint and the surrounding treetops. You'll also be a quick and scenic drive from the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, the slopes of Schweitzer Mountain, Silverwood Theme Park, and the heart of Sandpoint itself.
Skier, hiker, or boating enthusiast, your focal point at this three-level home is the panoramic view, which you can take in from the wrap-around deck and the open great room with its two-story wall of windows. Spend your summers swimming in the lake, grilling on the deck, and basking in the comfort of central air conditioning, and your winters curled up by the crackling fire and watching movies on the flatscreen TV. There's a private laundry room to take care of your damp swimsuits or snowy ski clothes, a private hot tub to relax after a day on the slopes, a charming kitchen with every essential appliance (including a dishwasher), and a six-person dining room table with a grand view.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The loft is the primary bedroom, offering a spacious en suite bathroom.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was our second stay at this property. We love the location and the view. Nice hot tub. Kitchen with all you need. Large refrigerator and freezer. AC works well, important in summer. The deck railing will need to be replaced soon. Dinner on the deck and coffee on the deck in the morning.

If you like a well sorted plates, bowls and utensil's this house has it. I particularly like the spoons and wish I had them at home.
The microwave is built into the oven combo unit. Might be a little different than a normal microwave but that’s where it is at.
The upstairs bathroom and shower are excellent
The carpet is comfortable and clean, I respected the no shoe policy

House and deck need maintenance and updates. Dried food on a cooking pan. Keurig advertised as amenity; not true, only drip. Master BR window is cracked. Shade missing in LR. Sofa lamp not working. Several light bulbs burned out. Deck rail by hot tub not secured to upright post and could possibly fail. Downstairs toilet ran after flushing; had to jiggle handle. Bed was comfy; AC worked well. View was okay, not great but as advertised except the trees had grown since the picture was taken. No ice maker but ice trays were provided. Carpet in LR had a small stain. Property mgr. responded quickly to replace the light bulbs and had the deck railing checked but did nothing to the rail by the hot tub. All in all this property is okay and a decent rental. It just needs some TLC.
