Have stayed in a number of vacation rentals in the Sanpoint/Priest River area, and this one was by far the best. Hosts are super welcoming, house was very clean, and well equipped. Bring your food and personal items and your set. We had 8 people in our group, the house never felt crowded or lacking. While there was no Wi-Fi, cell service worked well enough, and it forced us all to slow down and just enjoy our surroundings. Dont know exactly what the future holds, but will definitely be backnif the opportunity presents.

We had such a good time staying at this house. We loved being right on the river and had a great time floating & playing in the river. The house was well stocked and fit the 10 of us just fine. Our favorite was sitting out on the porch and enjoying the views. The hosts were close and fast at responding to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Our family enjoyed this location next to the River we spent time swimming, fishing, playing corn hole, ping pong, watching the wild life that walked right through the yard,The owners were very gracious and we enjoyed visiting with them.I recommend this location for families that need to disconnect from today's fast paced world to slow down and spend some quality family time together.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was so cozy with lots of amenities and space for everyone! The river going through the property was gorgeous and we all had fun fishing and swimming. The property is a short drive to priest lake which we enjoyed thoroughly! The hosts were so sweet, generous and extremely thoughtful! We had a wonderful time and everyone agreed we would love to come back!
