Nice condo with two decks (upper has tremendous views). Very clean. Weber grill, well stocked kitchen supplies. Durango to Silverton train comes by a few times a day. Close to Animas brewery and a bike/walking trail. Easy access to main street.

We are repeat visitors at this lovely property. Fabulous roof terrace and back deck with view of river and trains passing. Well equipped, clean and spacious.
