Excellent location! Just a stones throw from the Animas River trail and easy access to downtown and getting out and about in the area. Everyone was super comfortable in the house. Bonus that the Durango/Silverton train passes just out the back deck. Be sure to wave!

This has been our 3rd year coming to Durango for spring break, and this has been by far the best place we’ve stayed at. Close to shopping and dining and had a great view of the Animas River and mountains. It accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. It looked exactly like the pictures on line and everything was stocked like the description said. Lisa and her team were quick to respond when we had questions, which was awesome. Definitely will be coming back to stay.
