Based on previous guests' experiences, this property also really suits those of an older generation and those with walking impairments, as it's very close to the Metro, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within a few minutes' walk!

This was definitely a home from home experience. Paul had great recommendations and kept in contact with us through the entire trip, making sure we didn't have any questions or issues.

Great location, near to Vauxhall tube and train stations, short walk to the river (great place for a morning run), everything you need nearby. Apartment is super quiet, nice terrace and well equipped. Host is very responsive and proactive. Very enjoyable stay and I am happy to recommend this apartment.

Paul is an excellent host, nothing seemed to be too much trouble and his communication was second to none. Easy to follow instructions to get into the apartment, and we were greeted with a lovely bottle of red and nice chocolate on the table. Had some minor issues along the way, and Paul was able to (or taking action to) get them sorted ASAP. The apartment is in an excellent location, good nightlife if that’s your thing - not ours particularly, but meant we always felt safe walking back from the (very close) bus station even quite late at night, and is maybe 10-15 mins brisk walk from places like Tate Britain and Westminster. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and decent pubs all within a few minutes walk. Lovely little garden balcony looks out over Vauxhall gardens, and a bit further gives a nice view of the night skyline. Our one “negative” is that there could have been a bit more storage space, there is a set of drawers and a clothes rack in one corner, but no real space to store cases, and no space aside from the limited bench space to store non refrigerated food. But would highly recommend both Paul as host and his apartment - and we’d happily stay again if we make another trip to London.

Paul is an excellent host. The Apartment is located by the Pleasure Gardens ensuring a great view.Underground, Bus and rail transport within a short walk. We would stay with Paul when next in London.Rosalind & Chris
