Very nice house, the only thing if any complaints is there weren’t very many storage bowls to store leftovers. It still no big deal, I just went and bought them. I left for the next ppl. Heather is very nice host, I will rent again.

First, let me say that I am grateful to have had time with my family in a large house within walking distance to the beach! The time is priceless. The inside of the house was great, very clean and decorated very cute, plenty of room for my family party of 8. However, the outside not so much. I am not sure, they might have had storm damage, but the entire outside is under renovation/construction. I understand this in unavoidable if due to storm, but we were not told of this situation until literally a few hours before our arrival. There was a huge dumpster in back yard, nails EVERYWHERE. The outside condition was very unsafe, especially if there would have been young children. The trash can outside was over flowing we arrived. They provided two inside trash bags for 8 people! We had to actually put trash in the construction dumpster and my son's girlfriend hurt her foot in that process. There were not even enough forks for the entire group, which is kind of unacceptable for a house of this price point. In addition, it was extra to rent the golf cart. It was a brand new cart and held six people so that was great, but having to pay extra doesn't seem right based on the conditions. I am shocked that they didn't even offer some sort of concession for the external condition of the property?? The whole neighborhood is under construction with renovation and build. I think in a few years it will be a very nice neighborhood.
