Nestled within the charming Village of Tannin community in Orange Beach, this cottage provides a serene escape just minutes from the beautiful beaches.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the inviting main floor featuring a spacious open living space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a large island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, making it a haven for culinary enthusiasts. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience to your stay, while a half bath ensures comfort for all guests. The living room is designed for relaxation, complete with a huge flat-screen TV for entertainment.
On the main floor, you'll find the Primary bedroom, offering a luxurious retreat with a comfortable King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private bath featuring a tub and walk-in shower. Venture to the second level, where three additional bedrooms await. Bedroom 2 features a King bed, bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 provides two Twin beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for guests.

The kitchen was mostly stocked. Could have used larger pots. It did have 2 coffee pots, 1 regular and one that uses pods. The host was very accommodating. The house was very clean! Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. Could have probably fit another small vehicle if needed.The house was 2 doors down from the swimming pool.

Would definitely stay again! The pics are great to but don’t do the house justice. The house was great we had 6 adults the house is so roomy that we’re were never on top of each other. Beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean. You will have everything you need to make your trip enjoyable. The pool is just 2 doors down from the house, easy walk. The Beach however is not. We had various ages and it is longer walk for some. The beach allocated for the property has no parking and no restrooms but offers a great beach and view of the ocean. There are public beaches nearby that are wonderful. But you have to pay to park. 10. There is a state park right behind the property and has access to it right at the property. I suggest bikes. (I rented an e-bike) It is all paved so it is an easy walk or run. Beautiful park. Bottom line the location was great, house was wonderful, and you can never go wrong with the beach no matter how you access it!!

The process was easy to check in, only one issue with the passcode not working but one quick call and the passcode issue was corrected.

Signing in and out was super easy and I appreciate the convenience. The house could have been cleaner, we smelled shrimp in several rooms.
