Located in the award-winning Village of Tannin neighborhood and just steps from the stunning Gulf, this beautifully designed two-story home offers elegant, open-concept living space.
The spacious living room features a cozy sectional that doubles as a sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. A dining table provides ample seating, while the well-appointed kitchen boasts an island, granite countertops, and a convenient window opening to an outdoor bar top with barstools and a patio—ideal for entertaining. The inviting front porch also offers a charming seating area to enjoy the coastal breeze.
The primary bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, a walk-in shower, and a closet. Upstairs, a loft area leads to additional bedrooms. The first guest room has a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the second guest room also features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. The third guest room offers another queen bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which is outfitted with full-over-full bunk beds. This shared bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower for added convenience.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS

Beautiful home! My only complaint would be that they only provide one small roll of paper towels and one small roll of toilet paper per bathroom, tiny bottle of dish soap and a couple of dishwasher pods - we were 8 adults there for 4 nights so as the organizer I had to go buy extra of everything. Also the kitchen only had one tiny cutting board maybe big enough to cut limes, not for preparing a meal. Weather was raining and not great so we spent most of our time at the house - what was provided great if you are not planning to spend much time at the house.

Were there on a 4 day golf trip with 4 couples. Each couple had their own BR and Bath Room. Location was within 15 minutes of each Golf Course. So comfortable and clean. Everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Don't miss out on this place. Clean, Clean, Clean!! Will be back..........

The place was very nice, spacious and clean. I loved the two upstairs downstairs living areas. The only thing that I didn't like was that you have to download an app in order to use the oven and dishwasher. Other than that everything was perfect. We even had our own gas grill on the back patio.

We absolutely LOVED this house!! It was brand new and beautifully decorated inside with all the modern furnishings! The design and layout of the house was perfect for the 9 of us staying there. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was really nice so we didn’t have to share. We also liked the two separate living areas where the kids could hangout upstairs and the adults be downstairs. There was plenty of space for everyone. Everything was exactly as pictured and described except it should be noted there is a gas grill (piped to the house) on the back patio for your use that we didn’t know prior to our stay. It wasn’t pictured but it’s nice to know the house has one. We definitely plan to rent this house again! It’s luxurious, very clean, and overall great location to the beach with private beach access for Village of Tannin guests. We rented golf carts to get around and take to the beach which was very easy. The house is situated in a quiet beach community away from the traffic and noise of the busy main street which we liked. It’s also close to restaurants. We can’t wait to come back again!!
