In Osiglia, the holiday home 'La Rosa sul Lago' offers you a splendid view of the mountains and an ideal location close to the lake and forest trails. The property is for your exclusive use, and the outdoor area of over 7,000 sqm is fully fenced, ensuring an ideal experience even for those traveling with dogs.
The house is pet-friendly: up to 3 dogs are allowed; additional animals may be accommodated upon agreement with the owner.
The accommodation is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room, a fully equipped bathroom, and a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and all essentials. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with linens, accommodating up to 6 people plus a child.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a home office space, heating, and a washing machine. Upon request, a cot with baby equipment and a high chair are available. The private outdoor area includes a large garden, barbecue, solar shower, Finnish wood sauna, and heated whirlpool, available for an extra fee.
The property offers enough parking for all guests. Public transport connections are within walking distance. In summer, the owner recommends local bars, pools, pizzerias, shops, and a pharmacy.
Visits to lavender fields can be arranged. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Air conditioning is not necessary.
