Highly recommended, perfect for a relaxing break

The staff were amazing (especially Laura), gave great recommendations and always happy to help! The room and facilities were lovely. Breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs fresh every morning and a selection of homemade and local produce (jams, hazlenut spread and cakes).

Perfect for visiting wineries and staying with children

We received a warm welcome from the moment we arrived and we’re made to feel welcome. We were tentatively attended to at each breakfast and dinner. The dinners were fantastic, we really enjoyed the food and desserts all prepared by the family. The homemade cakes were great at breakfast, we all love the hazelnut cake! There are other restaurants nearby to explore if you want to venture out. We visited a few wineries, all within about 30 min drive. The autumn colors deserve a mention, it is really a special time in the region and so beautiful to see all the autumn colors. Our boys enjoyed the grounds, there were lovely walks to enjoy.

- Sometimes a bit noisy because of all agriculture activities in surrouding. But that of course belongs to an agriturismo. - View from balcony at backside is not really special because of high wall

A magic find.

The location is so beautiful, the whole surroundings are beautifully mantained,superb swimming pool with showers also for pre & post swimming. The foodis exceptional,a great kitchen using local produce. Artiganale beers,an eclectic wine list. Then the most important addition 'The staff' a warm welcome from William and great sservice from Sara & Georgina. It was for us a perfect Ferragosto break. The best yet. Thank you Villa Gelso!!

Exceptional

Everything was perfect. Guillermo, Sara and their team were super friendly, professional and attentive. The service is very personal, competent and flexible. The hotel looks exactly like on the pictures. We had the ballerina room, the bed was very comfy and everything impeccably clean. The big pool is great, there are plenty of sunbeds so no need to hurry :) The fact that there are only six rooms makes your stay very personal and relaxed. The food (homemade nutella, pasta and ice cream, vegetables from the garden) is very fresh, tasty and regional. Excellent choice of wine. The only negative point was that our holiday had to end at some point :) We will definitely go back and can only highly recommend this great place. Grazie Guillermo e Sara!

Camera grande e struttura nuova immersa nella pace. I proprietari sono stai gentilissimi e la loro cura si vede in ogni dettaglio. Ottima cena, un po’ costosa ma con prodotti di prima qualità. Torneremo!

Solo un suggerimento: nel corridoio delle camere la luce é troppo soffusa e la sera si vede un po’ poco.

Due giorni di relax autentico tra sapori genuini e ospitalità perfetta

Siamo stati all’Agriresort Villa Gelso per una fuga romantica di coppia e siamo stati divinamente bene! Il posto è incantevole, immerso nella natura e curato in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante della struttura: cibo eccellente, atmosfera intima e rilassante, perfetta per una serata speciale. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tanti consigli preziosi per visitare al meglio la zona. I loro prodotti sono tutti buonissimi e genuini. Un’esperienza che consigliamo davvero e che speriamo di ripetere presto!

La struttura è bellissima, nuova, molto curata negli spazi interni ed esterni, giardino grande con piscina, lettini e ombrelloni, piante di nocciole e c’è anche l’orto! La colazione buonissima e con qualità molto alta, noi abbiamo cenato in struttura, cibo sublime, consigliamo di cenare qui! Possibilità di noleggiare e-bike in struttura( nuovissime anche le biciclette), il personale meraviglioso, gentili, educati, molto rispettosi e attenti, Guglielmo e Sara sono ottimi padroni di casa. Siamo stati benissimo!

Weekend da favola. Struttura stupenda e curata nei dettagli. Cucina nostrana e con prodotti fatti in casa (ottimi). Villa Gelso è a conduzione famigliare e ci si sente proprio come a casa! I proprietari Guglielmo e Sara sono super disponibili, gentili e di cuore. La struttura è un’oasi di relax. Un po’ lontano dalle principali cantine e città, ma d’altra parte si gode della totale tranquillità. Super consigliato!

Deze agriturismo, gelegen in het adembenemend mooie en rustige heuvellandschap van Piemonte, is werkelijk een droom. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom. Sara en Guglielmo zijn ongelooflijk gastvrij, warm en gepassioneerd – het is overduidelijk dat ze met hart en ziel zorgen voor hun gasten en hun domein. De kamers zijn comfortabel, stijlvol en met oog voor detail ingericht. Je wordt wakker met het gezang van vogels en een uitzicht dat je alleen in films ziet. Rust, natuur en charme in overvloed. Het restaurant is een absolute aanrader. Lokale gerechten, met liefde bereid, geserveerd in een sfeervolle setting. Elk gerecht werd begeleid door fantastische wijnen uit eigen productie of uit de regio – een feest voor de zintuigen. De eigenaren nemen graag de tijd om uitleg te geven over de wijnen en de herkomst van de ingrediënten, wat alles nog specialer maakt. Of je nu komt om te ontspannen, te genieten van de natuur, of om culinair verwend te worden – deze agriturismo biedt het allemaal.
