Great experience for nature, food and wine in one place!

Absolutely everything! We stayed at the private cottage and it was amazing. The owners Paolo and Mia with personnel were all amazing. You need to be there to experience it, small, cost and very intimate place. A tip, ask them to make dinner for you… best dinner experience with local wine.

Only downside we only stayed for 2 nights..

Top spot for a quiet, relaxing stay amongst the vineyards close to Alba.

Beautiful, quiet location at the winery surrounded by vineyards. Welcoming, friendly hosts, recommended and booked local restaurants for us. Informative wine tasting & excellent wines. Our dog was also welcomed!

It wasn’t clear in advance that the restaurant is not open for dinner every day, however, when it was available, a delicious menu was served. No detailed room account was provided at checkout.

Incredible location. the room was clean, comfortable, well equipped with a lovely view on the hills. The breakfast was generous. They also produce their own wine and it's worth a tasting. I'd highly recommend to have a meal there with the wine pairing.

Amazing! Beautiful views in nicely renovated relais. We did the winery tour and tasting with Paolo who also helped us with dinner reservations and other recommendations. We opted in to the onsite dinner Friday night prepared by Monica and presented by Clara. A truly wonderful evening!

The WiFi was pretty poor. The walls are quite thick so maybe a booster I. The room would help?

Magical stay with incredible hospitality in beautiful surroundings and comfort.

Amazing stay, amazing place, amazing location! The facilities are beautiful, our room (King Suite) was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. We had a private terrace overlooking the vineyards that was fabulous and a nice sized rear garden- perfect for our dog that traveled with us! Breakfast and dinner were incredible as well. The best part is the wonderful hospitality offered by Monica, Paolo, her family and the staff. They go above and beyond to wecome you, make you comfortable and really make you feel like you are visiting with family! They are kind, funny and talented. They have a passion for MiaClara and it reallz shows. We cannot wait to return!

This is an exceptional relais run by a mother and daughter team who are passionate about food and wine.

The staff was exceptional, from a warm welcome from Clara, to the incredible dinner made by her mum, to the delicious continental breakfast, and beautifully appointed room. We loved our stay!

Paolo, Clara and the whole team made our stay very enjoyable during a road trip. We had the chance of tasting the good wines they produce in their company, and we bought some bottles to ship home. Definitely to recommend.

Beautiful inn in a great location.

The location was perfect for visiting the Piedmonte area. The owners were very welcoming and made our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious and served in the beautiful garden. We also had a fantastic wine tasting and winery tour during our stay.

From checking in to check out everything was perfect. Communication, accommodation, services, staff, location… this is a small emerald in the middle of Barolo wine region!

Very close to nature and away from everything. The food was served as a degustation style with pairing wines. Breakfast too excelled our expectation. The host and her family members were very friendly and eager to please.

It was a very hot day and we struggled having to stay in our room with closed blinds and there was no TV available.

Amazing view

The view was amazing and the all the fixtures and fittings were of good quality, with all the mod cons. We found it very difficult to locate the driveway and the key box location, maybe pictures attached to the description would be a good idea.

I would of loved to have a bath, but not available here. The back area which was covered with Astro turf was not level and there were some bad holes underneath where the concrete and Astro turf met. I didn’t feel we had value for money, when I was told we could only go in after 5pm and be out by 10am latest. I did note down that we would be there at 2, but was told it had to be after 5pm. It was a self check in apartment too, I understand that cleaners had to come in and clean after the last people.

A Reason to Plan Your Trip to Italy.

quiet, clean, beautiful, relaxing, very accommodating, felt like family. Francis the dog was just as accommodating as his family. He greeted us with love and as we left he lead us to the road out. The wine is incredible. Paolo was so kind and personable, he even drove us to dinner. we are coming back to buyout the property for a weekend next year. I was so excited about our stay that I even created a YouTube video about it.
