Located just 40 minutes south of Siena, in the enchanting Val d’Orcia, this magnificent villa combines authentic Tuscan charm with modern luxury, offering an exclusive retreat surrounded by the region’s iconic rolling hills.
The main villa spans four floors and features eight double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional single room. A charming two-storey annex, available upon request, provides three further double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The property can accommodate up to 22 guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, and special occasions.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens and accessed via a cypress-lined driveway, the estate boasts a large swimming pool, private tennis court, wellness area with sauna, and fully equipped gym. Inside, original 16th-century painted beams complement the elegant living spaces, which include a country-style kitchen, formal dining room, two spacious living rooms, and inviting garden seating areas.
The highlight is the spectacular tower suite, offering breathtaking 360-degree views over the Tuscan countryside and the rolling hills of Montalcino.
The stay includes utilities, air conditioning, final cleaning, and daily housekeeping for four hours (9 am–1 pm, seven days a week). Bed linen and towels are changed midweek, and pool towels are refreshed daily. A continental breakfast is served from 8 am to 10:30 am, with food included. A local cook can be arranged for lunch and dinner, with ingredients charged separately.
Guests also receive one litre of estate-produced organic extra virgin olive oil. Unlimited Wi-Fi, garden maintenance, and pool maintenance are included.
