RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE - Casalino Galassi is a small stone jewel, recently renovated and nestled in the green Sibillini Mountains. The heated pool allows for swimming even in cooler weather. A lovely stream borders the property, providing a pleasant place to cool off and relax in the summer months.



The entrance leads into the warm-toned living room/kitchen, with glass doors overlooking the garden and heated pool. On the ground floor is a bedroom/living room with sofa bed, featuring a glass shower and a half bath.

On the second floor are a twin bedroom, a spacious double bedroom with direct access to the outdoor staircase, and a bathroom with shower. The well-maintained garden is equipped for relaxing and eating outdoors; the swimming pool, heated to about 28°, makes it possible to enjoy a nice swim even in the intermediate seasons, it is also equipped with a cover that can be used to keep it cleaner and at a warmer temperature.



PLEASE NOTE: The pool is heated on request with 7 days notice, at a weekly cost of Euro 250.00 in April and October, Euro 200.00 in May, Euro 150.00 in June and September, Euro 100.00 in July and August.



The farmhouse is just 4 km from Sarnano, one of Italy's most beautiful villages and a recipient of the Italian Touring Club's Orange Flag. Nearby, the Sibillini Mountains offer opportunities for hiking, biking and, for the more adventurous, downhill, paragliding and hang gliding.

The Via delle Cascate Perdute is a 6-kilometer route around the village of Sarnano, touching on three picturesque waterfalls along the Tennacola River. This easy and fascinating route is also suitable for children, offering unique emotions that only nature can provide.

During the cooler seasons, the San Giacomo Thermal Baths, with their healing waters, spa and numerous therapeutic trails, are ideal for moments of relaxation and to regenerate body and spirit. In the winter months, Sassotetto and Santa Maria Maddalena offer ski lifts to the ski slopes. The beaches of the Adriatic are about 60 km away.
